Delivery Information


Delivery times generally tend to vary depending on the location and item ordered. The estimated delivery times are

United Kingdom:

UK recorded Royal Mail delivery- up to 7 working days.
In some cases items may take up to 15 working days where they have to be custom made or pre-ordered.

Nigeria:

Deliveries to destinations WITHIN Lagos – up to 10-15 working days
Deliveries to destinations OUTSIDE Lagos – up to 14-20 working days

Europe & North America:

Deliveries may take up to 15 days for America and up to 10 days for Europe.

Christmas Deliveries

Please note that orders may take longer over the holiday seasons
The last posting day for Christmas deliveries within the UK is 21st of December
The last posting day for Christmas deliveries to Nigeria is 20th of December


TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.0 General

Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions, which may be updated as and when required. You are advised to check for changes and updates periodically.

Asakeoge Couture Limited retains the right to withdraw or amend, remove or vary the services or any part of this website without prior notice and will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable for any length of time or for any period.

As a UK registered company, these terms and conditions are to be taken in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute or claims associated with these terms and conditions will be settled solely under the jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.

2.0 Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability, confirmation and acceptance of the order price.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit Card Company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

Delivery to Nigeria includes majority of locations within Nigeria as set out on this website. However, in the event that certain parts of Nigeria are inaccessible by post or courier, you will be advised by email after the order has been placed and full amount will be refunded subsequently.

Despatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are estimates only and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force nature for which we will not be responsible. Please see our delivery charge section for further information.

Asakeoge Couture retains the right to refuse to process certain orders. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Payments can me made via pay pal, a valid debit or credit card and bank transfer into the specified bank account for orders from Nigeria.

When placing an order, you undertake that all details provided to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate.

All prices advertised are subject to such changes. We also reserve the right to vary the prices of our goods without prior notice.
Upon receiving your order we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

For payments by bank transfers, goods will not be dispatched until the payment has been received as cleared funds in the designated bank account

Please give your name, phone number and the Order ID in the order confirmation email you receive after you place your order to the teller when making payments by bank deposit.

You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail after your order has been placed. The acknowledgement email does not constitute acceptance of a contract. You will be notified of acceptance by an email confirming despatch of your order.
Only the goods contained in the despatch email at the time will be covered in the contract with Asakeoge Couture Limited.

All effort has been made to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, however errors may occur. In the event that an error is discovered in the price of any goods already ordered, you will be notified of this as soon as possible. You retain the right to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. Refunds will be only be made for goods already paid for in the event of cancellation.

In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel an order for any items, for a full refund (applies to UK customers only). Cancellations may be made by contacting customer care via email at sales@asakeoge.com quoting your order number, within 7 working days beginning the day after the items are received. Please note that the items may take up to 7 working days to reach our warehouse unless sent viaspecial delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

a. Any goods/parcels are your responsibility until received by us. We strongly recommend the use of a delivery service which insures you for the full value of the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

b. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the full amount (excluding the delivery charge) provided you return the items to us within 14 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that when trying on items, they are not damaged or soiled by cosmetics to include perfume and make up stains and also deodorant patches. We regret that we are unable to provide a refund where it is evident that these instructions have not been followed.

c. In the event of any faulty goods are received (applies to UK Customers only) you should contact customer service atsales@asakeoge.com with your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return (refund or exchange).. You have a 14 day period from receipt to return the faulty item to us. Ensure you complete the ‘Returned Item Form’ and send it along with the items you would like to return and your invoice. We will then issue a refund to cover the cost of the item including delivery except where you have ordered other items which you are not returning. Where items are received after a 14 day period, we regret that we are unable to issue a refund.

d. In the event that goods delivered are damaged by handling prior to acceptance of the goods, you will be provided with a coupon/voucher to reorder the item and the cost of delivery will be covered by Asakeoge Couture Limited. It is your responsibility to check items before acceptance. Once items have been accepted by signing, we regret that we are unable to bear responsibility for such items or exchange any faulty items. (Applies to orders from Nigeria only)

e. We regret that exchanges or refunds are generally unavailable to customers within Nigeria, with the exception of instances where goods are discovered to be damaged prior to acceptance. Where goods are discovered to be faulty and/or damaged, please notify the courier by completing the returns form and hand it back to the courier. Contact customer service quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then provide a coupon/voucher to reorder the same item or another item, including the cost of redelivery once the matter has been fully investigated.

f. You are advised to make arrangements to ensure that yourself, or a representative with your proof of ID (such as passport or drivers license) is available to receive parcels, check and sign on your behalf. In the event where delivery has to be rearranged you will bear the cost of redelivery, which will vary depending on the size of the parcel and the location.

RETURNS POLICY

Order Cancellation



In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel an order for any items, for a full refund (applies to UK customers only). Cancellations may be made by contacting customer care via email at sales@asakeoge.com quoting your order number, within 7 working days beginning the day after the items are received. Please note that the items may take up to 7 working days to reach our warehouse unless sent via special delivery.


This does not affect your statutory rights.
